Our architects and engineers draw up your vision and start quickly on permitting so you’ll never have to stress. We create 3D renderings so you can really understand what it’ll feel like in your space and encourage as many redraws as necessary to get it right. Once we’re set and the permits are in hand, construction begins and you’re on the way to having your home.

Rajeev Sawhney founded Strategic Homes 24 years ago and has led the company to countless successful project completions. Raj, an expert in construction, was frustrated by the lack of accountability from subcontracting and the high fees of project managers. Wanting to make a change, he founded a company to solve those problems, deliver high quality projects and save customers the headache. Strategic Homes was born, a vertically integrated company that employs its workers and does the job from start to finish.
