We offer a free site visit and consultation to better understand your needs and requirements. Our experts with decades of experience and patience capture the details of your vision and are able to provide you with a precise cost within a few days of our first meeting.
2. Planning
Our architects and engineers create permit drawings per the Ontario Building code and capture all the details that reflect your needs and requirements. Our design team will patiently help you with exclusive one on one consultations.
3. Execution
From foundation to finishing, we provide turn-key services. We do all construction in-house with our fully WSIB-insured employees. You'll never have to worry a moment while we work to bring your vision to reality.

We begin by a detailed session to understand your vision and scope. From there we create a detailed plan backed by warranties and guarantees. Our architects and engineers draw up your vision and start quickly on permitting so you’ll never have to stress. We create 3D renderings so you can really understand what it’ll feel like in your space and encourage as many redraws as necessary to get it right. Once we’re set and the permits are in hand, construction begins and you’re on the way to having your home.

Raj Sawhney
CEO and Founder
Rajeev Sawhney founded Strategic Homes 24 years ago and has led the company to countless successful project completions. Raj, an expert in construction, was frustrated by the lack of accountability from subcontracting and the high fees of project managers. Wanting to make a change, he founded a company to solve those problems, deliver high quality projects and save customers the headache. Strategic Homes was born, a vertically integrated company that employs its workers and does the job from start to finish.
